I cannot say enough good things about Loan Ridge! From my experience, they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are super sweet, understanding, professional, and genuinely willing to work with you. It is such a relief to deal with a company that treats you like a person instead of just another account number. One of the things I appreciate most about Loan Ridge is how easy and convenient they make everything. If I ever need to skip a payment or have a question about my account, I can simply send them an email. They are very accommodating and make the process so easy without having to spend time sitting on the phone or dealing with a complicated process. Being able to handle everything through email is a huge plus for me! I also appreciate that after making several on-time payments, I can reach out to ask about borrowing a little more money. They are easy to communicate with, and I love being able to email them and discuss my needs. Having a company that is willing to listen, communicate, and work with its customers makes such a difference. Life happens, and sometimes unexpected expenses come up. It means a lot to have a company that understands that things are not always perfect and is willing to work with you when you need a little flexibility. I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration they have shown me. Customer service can make or break a business, and Loan Ridge has made my experience a positive one. They are friendly, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I never feel like I am being treated poorly for asking a question or explaining my situation. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! If you are looking for a loan company that is easy to communicate with and has a team that treats you with kindness and respect, I would definitely recommend giving Loan Ridge a look.
